Kipawa - Far North

Alwaki LodgeAlwaki Lodge is located on Thompson Island, 14 miles from the village of Kipawa, and can only be reached by boat. Kipawa Lake is considered one of the most beautiful lakes in Quebec. Its peaceful surroundings harbour an abundance of wildlife. Lake Kipawa is a nature lovers paradise.

You don't have to travel far from the lodge to try your luck at some of the best Walleye, Lake Trout and Northern Pike fishing in the area.

Families are more than welcome all summer long. You and your kids can spend the day basking in the sun, swimming, taking a ride in the paddle boat or in a kayak, taking a canoe lesson or just relaxing! It is the perfect summer vacation destination.

Ste-Anne-du-Lac - Laurentians

It's tradition for guiding hunters and fishermen dates back to the early 70's. Not only do we have a large territory with many mature black bears, we have the knowledge and skills to find them !!!

Our main pavillion and 13 cabins are located on the shores of the Tapanee lake. The cabins, clean and cozy, are equipped with modern conveniences: electricity, hot water, indoor toilets and showers.

Lake Ogascanan Lodge
WALLEYE in excellent numbers & sizes!  Outstanding NORTHERN PIKE that often attack walleye on hooks & stringers!  Unbelievable Trophy LAKE TROUT! Lake Ogascanan, 15 miles long with long, narrow, sheltered bays, provides interesting shorelines to fish.

Lake Ogascanan Lodge, 110 miles northeast of North Bay, Ontario.  Leave the paved road & drive through 60 miles of remote wilderness to arrive at Main Camp.  In this stretch of road you won’t pass through any towns, you won’t see any restaurants or gas stations, nobody lives in here. When you arrive you’ll know you are in the bush!  We are the only outfitter, we are the only land owner, there are no private cottage leases.

Main Camp offers 4 fully-equipped housekeeping cabins, kitchens have running water. Feel like getting farther away?  Imagine your own cabin at your own private location on a remote Canadian fishing lake – at Ogascanan we can make it happen!  We have 5 secluded outpost locations that are boat access only.

Kipiwa - Abitibi

Lake Sasseginaga, " Lake of many islands", is located in Western Quebec, approximately 100 miles northwest of North Bay, Ontario. Remote but easily accessible by road Lake Sasseginaga is a deep glacier lake with over 50 islands. The average walleye is 2 to 3 lbs., average Northern is 10 to 12 lbs., average Lake Trout is 8 to 10 lbs. Trophy fish are caught on a regular basis. We also offer portage lakes with canoes for the more adventurous.

Main Camp (Drive In) - We have 4 cabins at the main camp and 2 Outpost Cabins ( Boat in from main camp) that sleep up to 8 people.

New Richmond - Gaspe

Camp Brûlé is a throwback to a time when modern comforts meant far less to anglers than catching fish. Its well-kept, white, clapboard buildings, including an ice-house, cook's cabin, and guides' quarters, sport attractive forest-green roofs and shutters, just as they did a century ago. Anglers stay at the main camp, where cook Verna O'Neill has long been preparing hearty meals. - American Plan Dining

Fish roughly four miles of private water and a variety of pools. Since Brûlé's close to the Gulf of St. Lawrence, the salmon that reach its water are usually bright and athletic.
 Most of the salmon weigh from 12 to 15 pounds, but every season anglers land plenty of 20-pounders and some 30-pounders.

Kipiwa - Abitibi

Eunice Lodge on Lake Kipawa is accessible only by boat or by plane. On an island picturesque Eunice Lodge is a 9-mile scenic boat ride from the village of Kipawa. You have the choice of comfortably cooking in your own fully equipped cabin accommodating up to 6 peolple or, enjoy a delicious meal prepared in the main lodge.

Eunice Lodge provides a perfect getaway for individuals, couples and families. Specializing in fishing and wilderness activities, our guests enjoy fishing for Walleye, Northern Pike, and Lake Trout on one of the most beautiful lakes in North America.

Ferme - Neuve - Laurentians

We welcome you to our Lodge located on the magnificent shores of the Lac Piscatosine in the Upper Laurentians at about 32 km from Ferme-Neuve. Lac Piscatosine has an area of 70 square kilometers with different marine bottoms , ideal for walleye , northern pike, smallmouth bass, gray trout ( lake trout), landlocked salmon, perch, whitefish, yellow lake sturgeon. Use our trail to walk or bike and share with us your observations .

Sixteen fully equipped, comfortable cottages accommodate from 2 to 12 people. An incredible view of the lake will make the moment unforgettable. Campsites are available including water and electricity. We have a dinning room of 60 seats

Val-dOr - Abitibi

An incredible place to fish for walleye, pike, and lake trout in a totally relaxed and natural environment. From the Decelles Reservoir, 25 miles south of Val-d’Or, Quebec, to the Lakes of Matagami and Villebon just north, this is a vast and expansive river and lake system covering 100's of miles of boating and fishing access. Each of our waterfront custom cottages offers full furnishings and spectacular waterfront views. Rental boats and rental snowmobiles are available.

.Fall is the most colorfui breathtaking experience, …Spring/Summer brings out the boating/fishing enthusiasts, but never a crowded, touristy tense climate. winter is a snowmobiling delight.

Lac Perdu - Lac Saint Jean

Come live with us the dream of a lifetime ! Accessible only by floatplane the Lost Lake is a sportfishing heaven ! We offer guided or unguided fishing for Northern Pike, Lake Trout, Brook Trout and Whitefish. Our 8 spacious cabins all look out onto the lake and can each accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. Each cabin has 2 bedrooms, an interior toilet, and a fully-equipped kitchen.
- Self-catering and American Plan Dining are available.

For those who are seeking an out-of-ordinary fly-in fishing destination we have 2 outpost satellite camps available with FM Radio to our base camp for your safety.

Kipawa - Abitibi

Kipawa Lodge is situated on an island on Kipawa Lake 22 miles from the Village of Kipawa, Quebec, Canada. A one hour taxi boat ride will bring you to our island. The waters of Lake Kipawa are known for their beauty, solitude and vastness where Walleye, Northern Pike and Lake Trout abound. For an additional fee, we offer guided day trips to back lakes for: Walleye, Northerns, Lake Trout, Speckled Trout and Small Mouth Bass.

Accommodation in one of our 11 fully equipped housekeeping cottages which will accommodate 3 to 12 people. Meal plans are available. We welcome families to come and enjoy the beautiful wilderness and experience the history of Kipawa.


Mekoos Outfitters invites you to discover wild and plentiful nature in the heart of the Canadian woods. Brook trout (speckled trout) teems throughout our exclusive territory and there walleye, lake trout (lake char) and northern pike. And let's not forget the fabulous Lièvre river with its kilometres of rapids and a special challenge to fly-fishing buffs.

Our rustic-looking cottages are built of logs. They are fully equipped. Mekoos is proud of its dining room with experienced chef. In July and August, our "family vacation" packages offer a range of activities that will please both parents and children. While some loll in the sun and rest, the others can have fun on the beach, line fishing, kayaking, canoeing or riding on the pedal boat. On foot or bicycling, discover our 500 kilometres of trails, which promise you some fabulous memories.

Ungava Bay - Far North

At Rapid Lake Lodge we strickly limit group size to provide you with extensive support. Ever dreamed of a place where you could catch char on every cast? The Ungava Bay region is considered to be the most productive arctic char fishing in Canada with char averaging 6 lb. and range up to 10 lbs. Our unique V.I.P. fishing trips will allow you to fish arctic char, lake trout,and brook trout.

We believe that we are the best known fly-in lodge in Northern Quebec with all lodging in private cabins and hot shower facilities, all breakfasts and all lunches, all dinners, including our trade mark grand appetizer "Ungava style". Highlights include snacks and beverages between meals, daily fly-out to the Char fishing pools and a Photo Air Safari to our best kept secret places.
